The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 privately owned condominiums, located ocean front on sun drenched Lagoon two in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort & Marina, Oahu, Hawaii.

This luxurious home is fully appointed and ready for you to enjoy a vacation of a life time. This 1,185 square foot 2 bedroom - 2 bath 10th floor Condo has an expansive Lanai overlooking the Ocean, the Famous Ko Olina Lagoons and the Waianae Coast and mountains. 
The dining table can accomodate 6 easily and there are also 4 bar stools along the slab of the Island.
The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins which can be converted to a second King sized bed.

Ko Olina Resort and Marina also has a wide range of activities located within the resort including the Ko Olina Golf Course, Ko Olina Marina, 5 Star dining, shopping, walking trails, fishing and whale watching charters, 4 protected lagoons and is only 3 miles from Kapolei with shopping including Costco, Target, movie theaters, Safeway and 100's of other merchants.
In a recent development, due to a dispute between the Home Owners Association and the owner of the Commercial Apartment where the Fitness Center is located, the fitness center is currently unavailable until a meeting of the minds can be reached. Unless you were planning on being able to use exercise machines while you are out here, I doubt you would notice the difference, but it is something that was available and currently is not so I wanted to make you aware of that.

Ko Olina offers a restful alternative to the crowds of Waikiki and Honolulu. Close enough to drive into for adventure and dining, but for those who would rather come home to the escape of tranquility and peace with quiet uncrowded beaches, Ko Olina is a wonderful place to call home for a week or two.
