This 1,265 square foot 2 bedroom - 2 bath 8th floor Condo has an expansive Lanai overlooking the Ocean, Beach and the grounds of the fabulous Beach Villas at Ko Olina.

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins which can be set up as an additional King sized bed upon request with a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 6.

Ko Olina Resort and Marina also has a wide range of activities located within the resort including the Ko Olina Golf Course, Ko Olina Marina, 5 Star dining, shopping, walking trails, fishing and whale watching charters, 4 protected lagoons and is only 3 miles from Kapolei with shopping including Costco, Target, movie theaters, Safeway and 100's of other merchants.
In a recent development, due to a dispute between the Home Owners Association and the owner of the Commercial Apartment where the Fitness Center is located, the fitness center is currently unavailable until a meeting of the minds can be reached. Unless you were planning on being able to use exercise machines while you are out here, I doubt you would notice the difference, but it is something that was available and currently is not so I wanted to make you aware of that.

Ko Olina offers a restful alternative to the crowds of Waikiki and Honolulu. Close enough to drive into for adventure and dining, but for those who would rather come home to the escape of tranquility and peace with quiet uncrowded beaches, Ko Olina is a wonderful place to call home for a week or two.

Prices vary based on dates and calendar. Call for quotes on high season and holiday rates. 13.96% Hawaii tax GET/TAT. There is a one time check in/cleaning fee of $250.00 for each stay.
