The Final Sale Event... Finally !

Now that the September sale event has come and gone and those units have cleared escrow, the stage has been set for the next event in May of 2010. Reservations are currently being accepted with the refundable $50,000 deposit and it looks like the last units will be sold off during that event.

On the 19th and 20th of September we finally saw the Sale event of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina come to fruition. Over 2 days approximately 80 of the 120 villas were selected in the order that their reservations were placed and nearly 100 Million Dollars of real estate was selected. It was pretty exciting as each buyer was contacted to make their choice and then the board of available units was reduced by one. This should be the same process of the next event in May.
